Dr. DiRenzo received her undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and her M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center and performed a fellowship in Rheumatology at Johns Hopkins University. She also obtained an MHS in Clinical Investigation from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She joined the faculty in 2019 after completing her fellowship.
Dr. DiRenzo is interested in patient wellness and is certified in Mindfulness and Meditation. She currently is studying how mindfulness may improve coping and positively impact symptoms and disease activity related to autoimmune disease. Dr. DiRenzo’s clinical interests include inflammatory arthritis, Sjögren’s syndrome and musculoskeletal ultrasound.
